Got a curious kid who loves the outdoors more than a screen? This one's for them!

Junior Ranger Day Camp is back at Cloudland Canyon State Park, and it's one week of real-deal adventure for kids ages 8–12—hiking, fishing, science experiments, live music, and enough nature to keep ‘em talking about it all summer.

June 16–20, 2025
9 AM – 3 PM each day
Drop-off & pick-up at the Interpretive Center

Campers will dig into everything from creek critters to campfire tunes, learning as they go (and having a blast doing it).

$100 per child for the week

Starting with a 1.4-mile swim down the Tennessee River, athletes will then tackle a 56-mile bike ride that ventures through the rolling hills of north Georgia. This scenic route offers stunning views as it parallels Lookout Mountain and passes through historic Chickamauga.
