About the event
The Marsh House Museum in LaFayette will offer its annual Ghost Tours on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, Oct. 30-31 and Nov. 1, from 6-8 p.m. It will include a candlelight tour of the house furnished for the Halloween season, then a walk to the Marsh tombstones in the LaFayette Cemetery, and finally brew served by a witch around a campfire. The tour will include information on those who died in or near the house over the past 180 years, including soldiers whose bloodstains are on the original hall floor and the circumstances of the Certified Haunted Certificate over the front desk. There will be new features during the tour, including strange happenings of the last 25 years.
The cost of the event will be $25 per person. Children must be at least 12 years old and accompanied by a guardian. Registration will be by a message to housemarsh6@gmail.com. Prepayment through…
